Every year we conduct an Employee Engagement Survey to get feedback and learn how we can improve. The Leadership Team at Chinook considers all feedback and takes action to make this a great place to work!
I feel a strong sense of support and attentiveness from my supervisor. Whenever I have required assistance, she has consistently demonstrated a willingness to provide help. I do not perceive myself as a burden to her or the team.
I am proud to work for such a great company that has a really awesome culture and is continuously looking for ways to grow.
