This recognition means a great deal to our organization because it comes directly from the community we serve and the people who believe in our mission. The public was invited to nominate and vote for local businesses and organizations, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support that made this award possible.
At Chinook, innovation isn’t about the latest technology or the biggest breakthrough. It’s about finding better ways to create opportunities for people. Every day, our teams work alongside individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment, helping them build skills, gain confidence, and achieve their goals.
Innovation shows up in many ways across our organization. We were proud to celebrate at the Best of the Best Awards Gala alongside many outstanding businesses and organizations from across Skagit County. It was an opportunity to connect with community leaders, celebrate local success stories, and represent the important work happening every day at Chinook. We were also honored to meet Miss Washington and share more about our mission and impact.
