Sam cracks up her coworkers in her new role at the City of Sedro-Woolley!

After a year of searching, in February Sam landed a fantastic job at the City of Sedro-Woolley as a janitor. Sam’s enthusiasm is infectious, and she’s already making waves with her jokes – her favorite? “What do you call a cow with 3 legs? A tri-tip!”  Her Employment Specialists are hard at work finding adaptive equipment to help her excel even more. 

Sam always greets her coworkers with a bright smile and a joke. Since she has started working, Sam has gained many new skills. Sam’s favorite thing to do is tell jokes to her coworkers. She is always looking for new, not gross, jokes!  

The City of Sedro-Woolley celebrated Sam’s birthday with an Elton John customized cup and a basket of treats. Sam has been doing an amazing job as a janitor and building relationships with her coworkers.
