CEO Nikki Wegner Receives Prestigious Award

We are thrilled to announce that Nikki Wegner, our esteemed CEO, has been honored with the prestigious Business Person of the Year award by the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce. This accolade is a testament to Nikki’s unwavering dedication, outstanding leadership, and tireless advocacy within our community. 

Nikki’s commitment to excellence and her visionary approach have significantly contributed to the growth and success of our organization. Her leadership has not only propelled our company forward but has also made a positive impact on the broader community. 

Nikki was unable to attend the award ceremony, so Chinook employee David Wilder stepped in to accept the award on her behalf and shared an inspirational message encouraging everyone to participate in creating an inclusive community for all. Nikki shared after that David is a much more polished public speaker than she, so you’ll likely see a lot more of him! 

We are incredibly proud to have Nikki as our leader and are inspired by her remarkable achievements, even if she doesn’t love public speaking. This award is a well-deserved recognition of her hard work, passion, and the exemplary standards she sets for us all.
