Thank you, Tawni for being part of our team!

This month, we’re proud to celebrate Tawni’s 15-year anniversary as part of the Chinook team!

As one of our long-standing custodial team members, Tawni plays a key role in keeping our spaces clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Most of her time is spent at the Grounds Annex, but if you swing by the Main Office or the ADU on a Tuesday or Thursday, you just might see her hard at work. Sweeping and mopping are some of her favorite tasks, and she always brings care and attention to everything she does.

But Tawni’s impact goes far beyond the tasks she completes. Her steady work ethic, cheerful attitude, and willingness to help others make her a true pillar of the Chinook community. She’s the kind of teammate who shows up, works hard, and makes those around her feel appreciated.

Outside of work, Tawni enjoys taking walks, watching movies, and treating herself to a decaf iced mocha or a warm cup of cinnamon tea. Her list of favorite movies includes Old Yeller, Air Bud, Dr. Dolittle, Beethoven, and Aladdin, and she’ll tell you she’s a little more of a dog person than a cat person. She also loves to travel and saves up throughout the year for fun vacations. In the past year alone, she took an Alaskan cruise and made a trip to Texas to explore new restaurants!

Tawni’s presence at Chinook is one we deeply value. Her smile, her dedication, and her passion for life are part of what makes our organization special.
