Luka is currently working at Big Scoop, where he helps clean tables and fold towels. His work is steady and important, helping keep the space welcoming for customers. He also enjoys spending time getting creative at Tri Dee Arts, where he works on different art projects and continues to build skills while connecting with others in the community.

Recently, Luka has taken an exciting step toward a new opportunity. He began the application process to volunteer at the Skagit Humane Society, and during a tour of the facility, his reaction said it all. His face lit up as he saw the animals he could be working with. Luka is preparing to attend orientation, where he will learn more about his role. He will start by greeting the animals and, over time, hopes to help with feedings as well.
