Job-Seeker Spotlight: Meet Rodrigo!

Rodrigo is a Skagit Valley local and a proud graduate of Sedro‑Woolley High School. He brings a strong sense of pride in his community and his Mexican culture, which shapes the way he shows up as a teammate and as a job seeker. Getting to know people, working alongside others, and contributing to something bigger than himself are all important to him as he looks ahead to his next employment opportunity.

A self‑described team player, Rodrigo used to play basketball and is now “looking to join his next team.” That team mindset carries over into the workplace, where collaboration and a positive company culture matter deeply to him. He values environments where people support one another, communicate openly, and work toward shared goals.

Rodrigo has experience in retail, including stocking and order fulfillment, and is interested in continuing to grow in retail or customer‑focused roles. At the same time, he is open-minded and eager to learn new skills. He is known as a hard worker who is willing to jump in where needed and help in any way he can.

Outside of work, Rodrigo enjoys basketball, video games, technology, and shoes. These interests reflect his curiosity, energy, and connection to both his community and the world around him. With the right team and supportive workplace culture, Rodrigo is ready to bring his skills, positivity, and strong work ethic to his next role.
