Chinook Enterprises is taking applications for a Full-Time Temporary Aerospace Assembly Technician (Production Technician – I) to join our Production & Manufacturing Division. This position may have the opportunity to develop into a Regular Full-Time position after November 2023.

As requirements vary, this position description is a guideline and may change.  The primary function of this position will include but is not limited to wire crimping, measuring, cutting and other Manufacturing/Supply Chain operations. The functions listed below are general in nature and apply to all Chinook Enterprises Production Technicians.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Skills & Abilities

  • The position requires good manual dexterity in order to handle small objects.
  • Able to follow oral and written instructions and work on sequential work routines.
  • Must possess independent decision-making skills regarding accuracy and quality of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment and with people who have a variety of disabling conditions.
  • Must be able to work well in an integrated, multidisciplinary, collaborative, team environment.
  • Ability to adhere to corporate policies as detailed in the Employee Policies and Procedures Handbook.


  • The selected candidate will be required to provide proof of the COVID-19 vaccination prior to hire, unless appropriately accommodated.
  • Must be able to pass WA State Patrol and DSHS Background Checks.


Days and Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Starting Wage: Level I: $16.95 – $18.36 DOE
As a Temporary employee this position does not include Chinook Enterprises employee benefits. The company provides WA State Paid Sick Time, Unemployment Insurance and Labor & Industries Accident Insurance.
